Recruit pre-screened performing arts students at one of the DMV's fastest-growing unified audition events. It's 100% free for college programs to attend — 150–250 students, flexible attendance windows, and sponsorship is entirely optional.
From the moment you register to weeks after the event, here's exactly how DC Unifieds connects your program to students — in person, virtually, and on your own time.
Students perform once in front of all attending college reps simultaneously. No scheduling conflicts, no missed talent. Every rep sees every student across Acting, Musical Theatre, Dance, and Tech Design. Callbacks are yours to run however your program does them.
Every registered college has the opportunity to lead a workshop or masterclass — both in person and virtually. Teach your specialty, showcase your program culture, and build a meaningful connection with students before callbacks even begin. Workshop slots are available across all sponsorship tiers, including free registration.
Day 3 afternoon and Day 4 morning are dedicated callback windows. Invite the students you want to see more of — one-on-one, small group, or however your program runs them. Communicate directly via Get Acceptd or email. Callback schedules are released overnight between Day 2 and Day 3.
Friday evening at the AC Hotel — a sit-down dinner exclusively for college representatives and the DC Unifieds team. No students, no parents. Pure networking with peer programs, conversation about the industry, and dedicated time with our leadership. One of the most valued parts of the event, year after year.
Saturday evening, students take the stage at Broadway Karaoke while college reps get a built-in night off. Informal, memorable, and a genuine peek at each student's personality off the audition floor. Reps who want to attend are welcome — it's low-stakes and a lot of fun.
Every student submits pre-screens through Get Acceptd from July 1st — headshots, resumes, and video submissions you can review before auditions begin. After the event, every attending program receives the full email list of all registered students for direct follow-up.
Every attending program gets a dedicated table in the college fair area throughout the event. Students and parents browse between audition slots, pick up materials, and initiate conversations organically. Standard 6ft tables — bring your banner, viewbooks, and swag.
Students submit headshots, resumes, videos, and program-specific materials through Get Acceptd starting July 1st. Review at your own pace before the event. Flag your top prospects, build your interview list, and arrive knowing exactly who you want to see.
Thursday evening opens with a Broadway Keynote followed by a structured information session for students and families. College reps are invited to speak, distribute materials, and field questions directly. First impressions happen here — it's one of the highest-visibility moments of the event.
Live, virtual livestream, virtual real-time weekend, or fully asynchronous review. Mix and match across audition types — Acting, Musical Theatre, Tech Design & Production, Dance, or all of the above.
Live in-person student auditions including the dance call and callback options. Sit in the room, meet students face-to-face, and run your own program format across one or more time windows.
Watch the same live in-person auditions remotely via Get Acceptd. Ideal for programs with travel constraints who still want real-time access to the main event weekend.
A second, fully-virtual batch of students performing live on Get Acceptd. Different students from the in-person weekend — extending your reach to students who couldn't travel.
Review every student's submission on your own time. Recordings sent via Get Acceptd. The flexible option for programs juggling tight calendars during October.
Free to register and decide later — sponsorship deadlines run Aug/Sept. Four tiers built so the smallest programs get a real presence and the largest get title-sponsor visibility. Bronze gets you a booth; Platinum gets you naming rights and a 30-minute workshop slot.

Tables open on the event floor. Meet-and-greet opportunities with arriving students and families before things kick off.
A special guest from Broadway kicks off the event with their story, photos, and advice. Followed by an information session at 8 PM.

A celebration dinner at the AC Hotel for college representatives — networking, conversation, and dedicated time with the DC Unifieds team.
Second day of auditions including dedicated dance auditions for musical theatre students — both Mover and Dancer tracks.
Run invite-only callbacks with the students you want to see more of. Tech showcases for design and stage management students happen in parallel.
