Common Questions

Before you register.

Quick answers to the things parents and students ask most often before clicking through.

Yes. The registration system allows you to add multiple students under one parent/guardian account. Sibling discounts may apply — contact support@dcunifieds.com for details before completing checkout.

Yes. Installment plans are available at checkout. All installments must be paid in full before the event start date (October 15, 2026). Final payment plan terms are shown at the payment step.

Event insurance is a third-party policy offered at checkout that protects your registration in case you can't attend due to a covered reason (illness, injury, family emergency, etc.). Because we don't issue refunds for customer cancellations, event insurance is the only path to a refund if you can't make it. We strongly recommend purchasing it. Full coverage details and claim procedures are managed by the insurance provider.

Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for any participant under 18. You'll provide parental consent, emergency contacts, and medical authorization as part of the registration. This is standard practice and protects both your child and the event.

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after payment clears. About 60 days before the event, you'll receive a second email with your audition slot, schedule, lodging info, and Day Of logistics. Check spam if you don't see anything within an hour of registering.

Read the full Terms here: Terms & Conditions. Key points are summarized in the "Before You Click" section above. You'll be asked to click-to-accept the full Terms inside the registration form before submitting.

Yes, the registration form works on phones and tablets, but we recommend using a desktop or laptop if possible — it's easier to enter contact details and review information before submitting. If you run into any technical issues, email support@dcunifieds.com.
